Building Description:
Constructed around the 1960s to replace the old washhouse further northwest. The newest "historic" building on the property.
Historic Use:
Wash house for car repairmen.
Current Use:
Storage.
Construction Date:

Construction Method:
Concrete block building, 12 x 30 ft. Two doors on the west side and two-light horizontal sliding metal sash windows, two each on the east and west sides, and one on each end. The gable roof is clad in corrugated metal with a gutter extending below about two thirds of the west edge above the doors.
