Building Description:
Located near the air compressor in the machine shop, this building was used for the servicing of air brakes on the locomotives and rolling stock. Later, this building was also used as a pipe shop, including all the piping needed for the compressed air lines on the equipment and located throughout the yard. Eventually, the crews that maintained the speeders took over the building and used it for parts storage, a roll it continues to serve.
At one time, a water tank to replenish the water supply in the steam locomotive tenders stood across the tracks from this building.

Service of air brakes, pipe shop, speeder maintenance and parts storage.
Current Use:
Parts storage.

Construction Method:
Constructed of stone masonry on a concrete slab foundation, the interior is unfinished and has a wooden storage loft. It features eight-over-eight, double-hung and fixed wood sash windows.
