On March 16, 1913, the car was placed on exhibition at Murray Street to allow the public to tour the car prior to being placed in service. Three days later the car was placed into service on the Main Line Passenger train with the passengers sending a telegram to L.G. Cannon after the trip complimenting the company on the car.
